In our previous article, we've shared our goal - all your races, all in one place and briefly shared how our race photos will work for you.

The goal remains the same.

We want to continue strengthing that by sharing with you the exact steps on how you will be able to access your race photos seamlessly and fast.

Let's get started.

Where Race Snaps Is, Race Wallet Will Be There

As mentioned in our previous article, race photos are spearheaded by Race Snaps, which means that for us to deliver your race photos, Race Snaps must be part of the event you've participated in.

This strategic integration will allow us to deliver all your race photos quickly, in real time, and seamlessly.

As long as Race Snaps is part of the event, you can be sure that there will be race photos for you to access.

How Does It Work?

1. Add your race to your Race Wallet account

2. Go to your race, and go through the Race Check-In.

This process is important as this will allow us to retrieve your race photos and connect them to your account.

Race Check-In can be done until the end of the day relative to the race day. This means that if the race day is Jan. 19, 2025, you can still check in until 11:59 p.m. on the same day.

3. Visit your photos tab

After Race Check-In, you can start viewing your photos tab on your race details. That's how easy it is!

Will I Get All My Race Photos?

As long as your race photos are captured by Race Snaps, they will be available in your account. Race photos from other photographers or media teams during the event are not yet supported and we're still working with them for future integrations.

What's Next?

We know how important race photos are to you. This is why, we're going to continue improving it and provide a better experience to you as we go along.

As mentioned, other photographers or media teams are not yet supported - we're aiming to get wider coverage in the future so that we can deliver more race photos to you seamlessly.

It is not impossible, but it will take a lot to make it possible! And we're going to try and make that happen.
